News and forum downtime
» Thu, 12 Nov 2008The forum has been down for a few weeks now (and with that my news on the startpage went aswell) so I decided to do something about it. It was earlier hosted by my brother on his hosting account over at web10.se but somehow he managed to just renew the hosting and not the domain so no data was lost, it was just a hazzle to access it. Now it's up and running again at least though I can't guarantee the uptime (since it's hosted from my closet) but hopefully no one will notice

» Mon, 14 Sep 2008Just a short notice. I've updated CrazyBeavers BeaversSFV to version 1.2. Some changes was made to the gui, a few stability and performance fixes and finally the database (swtiched from Sql Server to Firebird by the wat) resides in a centralized folder instead of one for reach drive. You get the latest version from the download page.

» Sat, 18 Apr 2008Today I've released CrazyBeavers YouTube Downloader 1.0. It's a simple application written in C# and .Net 2.0 that let you download videos from YouTube and then saving them as AVI, WMV or FLV. Hopefully I'll be releasing the sourcecode for this one later on aswell, just need to clean it up a bit and maybe add some comments to make it easier to read.

» Fri, 03 Apr 2008The contactform has been down for some time it seems. Apparently the SMTP-service on my new VPS wasn't set to start automaticly so after the server was rebooted (which was 16 days ago) it didn't work. It should be fixed now though so feel free to contact me if you have any questions or suggestions about my products!
Downtime and paypal donations
» Thu, 26 Mar 2008Both the site and the forum is up and running again after a few days downtime when I moved to some new servers. I've moved by main sites (www.crazybeavers.se, www.beaverblogg.com) aswell as my svn-repositories to a VPS hosted by IPeer. Hopefully this will keep my sites up and running 24/7 from now on. However, this isn't free so I've readded the donation button to the site. Donations at any size are welcome if you appriciate the work I've done with CrazyBeaver Softwares products. Thanks in advance
New website
» Tue, 31 Dec 2007It's taken a long time and I've had several other side projects to it but I'm finally able to release my new homepage. I've focused on making a more slimmed and modern layout using CSS instead of those old horrible tables and I've also implemented it all in my CMS called "CrazyBeavers Beaver Management System 1.0" which I've built part by part for other projects using C# and ASP.Net 2.0.
Another thing that has changed is that I've moved the main site to my own webserver instead of the old host over in New York. I run quite a few sites on this machine now but not even all of the others summed up generates as much traffic as this one so I hope it can take it. My old host lacked support for .Net 2.0 so I don't have much of a choice except to pay for a new host but my ads doesn't really cover that yet
